A thought-provoking, 60-minute conversation between Kelly Keefe, President of ERC and Dalithia Smith, Vice President, Human Resources of Oatey.

Listen in as Dalithia shares her personal thoughts on how leaders can contribute to the demise of racism in the workplace. Building on her experiences as an HR leader for multiple organizations, Dalithia touches on:

The report provides detailed insights into what actions employers have taken in the past few weeks in direct response to the ongoing nationwide protests against racial injustice. This poll was conducted via email on Monday, June 8, and 65 employers participated.
