About ERC's Change Management Training Course

Throughout this Change Management course, participants learn about change and its influence on success, which strengthens interpersonal relationships, reduces stress, and improves the workplace.

Meet Your Instructor

Samantha Marx

Samantha manages ERC's Public Training practice and special events at the ERC Training Center and off site. Core programs include Supervisory Certificate Series and HR University.Samantha’s previous experience is in the hospitality industry, having both worked in Event Planning and Operations with Hyatt and Marriott Hotels. Previous to her current role in the Training Services department, she was the Training Services Coordinator. She started at ERC as an intern, then worked in the Membership Services department as well.Samantha received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management from The George Washington University, in Washington DC. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
